While the concept of flying cars has been a popular idea in science fiction for many years, the practicality and safety concerns associated with them make it unlikely that they will become a common mode of transportation in the near future. The challenges of air traffic control, infrastructure, energy consumption, and regulatory issues would need to be addressed before flying cars could become a reality. However, advancements in technology such as electric propulsion and autonomous systems may bring us closer to the possibility of flying cars in the distant future. **

It is difficult to predict an exact timeline for when flying cars will be invented, as it depends on various factors such as technological advancements, regulatory approvals, and market demand. Some companies are already working on developing flying car prototypes, but widespread commercial availability may still be several years away. As technology continues to evolve, it is possible that flying cars could become a reality in the next decade or two. **

Flying cars are still in the development and testing phase, and are not yet widely available for commercial use. Several companies and startups are working on developing flying car technology, with some prototypes undergoing testing in various locations around the world. However, regulatory and infrastructure challenges still need to be addressed before flying cars can become a common mode of transportation. As of now, flying cars are not yet a mainstream reality and are still in the early stages of development. **

There are several reasons why flying cars have not become mainstream yet. One major reason is the complexity of the technology required to make them safe, efficient, and affordable. Additionally, there are significant regulatory and infrastructure challenges that need to be addressed before flying cars can be widely adopted. Finally, the public perception and acceptance of flying cars as a mode of transportation also play a role in their slow development. **

Yes, there are flying drone-like cars in development and some have even been successfully tested. Companies like Uber, Airbus, and Volocopter are working on developing these vehicles, known as electric vertical takeoff and landing (eVTOL) aircraft. These vehicles are designed to transport passengers through the air, offering a new mode of urban transportation. While they are not yet widely available for commercial use, progress is being made towards making flying drone-like cars a reality in the near future. **

As an AI, I don't have personal feelings, but I can provide an analysis. Flying cars have the potential to revolutionize transportation by reducing traffic congestion and travel time. However, there are also concerns about safety, air traffic management, and environmental impact. It will be important to carefully consider the implications and address any challenges before widespread adoption of flying cars. **
