This shower area is typically equipped with shower stalls or cubicles where individuals can rinse off before entering the sauna. The showering process helps to cleanse the body of any dirt or impurities before entering the sauna, ensuring a more hygienic and enjoyable sauna experience. Additionally, showering before entering the sauna helps to open up the pores and prepare the body for the heat and steam inside the sauna. **
